Interview
Gameloft (Sofia)
I applied for the Game Manager position at Gameloft Sofia and submitted a detailed case study on December 17th, following a phone call on December 12th. However, I only received feedback on January 21st—over a month later. The feedback mentioned a lack of depth in monetization strategies for free-to-play games but felt vague and impersonal. This was puzzling, given my years of experience working with free-to-play games. Despite submitting a comprehensive 27-slide deck, no one reached out to discuss my submission or clarify my understanding. A follow-up call could have provided transparency and a fairer assessment of my skills.
