Gerdau Management Associate interview questions

The interview was a panel interview with two recruiters. It lasted roughly 45 minutes with primarily behavioral questions. Friendly atmosphere and relaxed attitude when interviewing. There were no technical questions.

Applied online, phone screen, recorded video interview, personality assessment, on-site interview, and finally a phone screen with corporate HR. There were a lot of steps and were a lot of people involved who were not always on the same page but nothing I didn't expect from a large company. Once I got to meet the people within the company though you could see their enthusiasm and commitment to the company culture.
