I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Nov 2016
Interview
Google have a Long Process, I had a phone interview, 2 online interviews over G-Talk & one on-site interview that went bad - that's where the process ended.
The recruiter was very nice & available, contacted me very soon after the interviews, gave me relevant feedbacks.

Question 1
Describe what would you do if you were told that your team was going on a trip & you would find out before you board the plane that the weather is about to ruin your plans?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Google
Interview
The process consisted of two telephone interviews. The first one was a review of my CV and discussion about my professional experiences and competencies, and then the Googler described the scope of the role and responsibilities, and then I asked follow-up questions. The second interview was several days later with a different Googler and it was supposed to demonstrate problem-solving skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Google (New York, NY)
Interview
There was an initial phone interview with someone from HR (basic; typical professional screening process) then I was set up for an on site interviewwith 2 people; I got 4 rounds of interviews; I proceeded in the rounds but if I wasnt doing well it would have stopped.
It was difficult in going through all these rounds over the course of 4-6 weeks and then not getting an offer and no reason given.
