Stressful and was very VERY in your personal life, asking about EVERY LITTLE THING. nothing was spared. it was very strange and wasn't a place I'd want to work at.
Asked surprisingly difficult questions - definitely prepare beforehand. Lots of situational questions like, what would you do in XYZ situation? Use your experience from your previous positions, or at least be sure to address the question using things that you have observed or experienced yourself.
