It looks like the criteria for hiring this job is mainly on how you can organise the assembly line like overall effeteness improvements, ROI reduction, KPI built ups.
But interestingly, I am more focusing on online process set up, verification, introduction, which you can say it is entirely wrong direction.

• If ur co-worker or other manager on long leave and you need to take over their team how will you do it and how do u prioritize your work and take care of both teams?
• Complex or tough situation faced in the project
Round 2:
• Tell me a project in which you didn’t got complete requirement and how did you handle this situation and how you overcome this
• Tell me about a situation in which your release failed and how you handle this situation and come up with the failures
• Build a solution for google maps
Round 4:
• How do you handle work across global teams
• When you are in middle of work and suddenly something comes up how do you handle it
• Your team can handle only 60 queries, but you get 100 queries this month how you will handle this situation
Round 5:
• With data talk about any of your project which you convinced your business
• How to handle team has issues like 24/7 shift, testing quality, motivation needed

First I had a single virtual screening interview. it was fairly technical, meant to ensure that I knew the technical topics that are important for this job. Then about 2 weeks later I had a day with 4 virtual interviews.
