It took about 7 months from start to finish and involved talking to people across the organization following the Google references of Googleyness, technical judgement on 4 occasions each lasting 45 minutes. At the end I attended job matching chats with team members and the hiring manager.
There was an HR screening, two phone interviews, and in person interview and panel sessions and discussions. The interview process was a great experience. They provided lunch at google's cafe.
