I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Great Clips (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2016
Interview
The atmosphere was lukewarm. There are 2 locations in Charlotte. One I called and left messages for the manger twice and never got a return call. The receptionist was rude. The other location had a hiring sign on the door, yet was vague when the position would be filled. I was told that I would be called in for a test cut, but never got the call. Did not appear to be a diverse team.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (Detroit, MI) in Jul 2013
Interview
Was already working as a Receptionist for their store. Applied to become a hairdresser with my manager. I had to do two haircuts on two models. I brought in both of my models on the same day, and had privacy in the back of the salon where my manager watched me perform the hair cuts. The next day she told me that I was hired, but I decided not to take the job due to college.
