Very easy and laid back. they where doing a hiring fair in a local hotel where you can fill out a app online and do a interview on the spot. which was awesome. some of the interviewers where managers over other customer support employees so they knew what to look for. they did require us to take a computer skills test; and a mock trouble shooting example in the interview.

I applied through their website, sent a resume and cover letter. Filled out additional online form about availability, and best interview time. Also they have you copy paste your typing speed. Easy interactive process.
