Good interview. Creative, fun artistic people. Didn't ask stupid questions, like "What is your biggest weakness" --- socially relevant interview and technical testing on computers and internet savvy. I passed it with at 97% on the tech-test. If your are not into social networking, the web, or if you lack a "global community" mindset - don't go here. I LOVE it. It's a good fit for me. If you are a 'rules" based person, not a good job for you. Must love the art of "social global networking" - and "customer worship" --- .
