Phone interview, then Skype interview with two people. They were very personable and easy to talk to even over the phone. The phone interview was about 20 minutes, while the Skype interviews took about an hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing too difficult, mostly asked about experience and about my personality.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Groupon
Interview
Applied online. Received email from a recruiter to discuss the position. After the 30 min conversation it was decided that I come in to interview with 2 managers. (Before I go any further make sure that the recruiter is working in the same department as you're applying for.) I applied for a Sales role and the recruiter stated that she worked in a different department. Should've left the interview when she stated this. Managers asked basic sales questions. About work history. Waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Groupon (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Seemingly simple interview. Applied online and received an e-mail to set up a phone interview within the next week. Phone interview went really smooth. The person I talked to was very relatable and very laid back. They ask a lot of questions of why sales. They want to know why you chose that career path and where you think it'll take you.
Very fun interview, felt extremely comfortable, repetitive on their fun work culture.
