IBM Customer Service Representative interview questions

You have interviews with other workers at first, and they are not very honest(they get money for you). A short interview with the supervisor and you are done. It is not a real representation of how the company operates when you listen to what they say, but you can get how it operates when you look at how serious they are when recruiting (not very serious).

I met with an interviewer over skype and we talked and talked and talked. They asked about my favorite pet and what color I like. We had fun and planned to meet on a hiking trip. Fast forward. We are getting married in the fall. What a process.
