It was genuinely one of the worst interview experiences I have had till date. The interview was over 4 stages and spanned over 2 months(seriously, don't waste people's time). Very good communication from the recruiter, however, the team itself didn't have a great structure in place that led to a lot of back and forth from the team leader. In the end, the recruiter called me and said, all of my interview processes were very good and they were impressed but the new manager decided to go with internal recruitment. I am not against internal recruitment but don't drag a great candidate through 2 months of the interview process to come back with a NO at the last minute. It has given me a bad opinion of the company as a whole and led me to believe a lot of bad review about the company. I got something definitely better less than 2 weeks after.
