i have applied for the job via Linkedin and the person in charge of HR contact me directly on the phone. After a first casual chat on the phone i was invited to attend a group interview in the office. We were 8 candidates but with different languages skill. we basically present ourselves and our back grounds. After this i met couple of sales manager and the sales director of the office and we talked mainly about my background and motivations. the final step was a simulation of pitch to a client. They asked me to provide 10 potential interested companies and different angle to approach them. I sent my presentation to the manager and we arrange a phone meeting where i was supposed to sell them the advertising space.

Interview
Terrible. Posturing, ambiguity, unprofessionalism. I was there for two hours and left the interview thinking that there was no way I got the job because there was so much posturing. They wouldn't tell me what my territory would be, but guaranteed that it would be clear cut - but it never was. It was always a guessing game. Lots of promises of what they were going to give me, then I accepted the job and it turned into something else entirely.

Question 1
Cant remember - they were cryptic bunches of garbage meant to throw you off balance so they can see how you respond. Games.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Ink (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
The interviewing process was very quick and easy. It was a group interview with 2 other people. They didn't really ask much about us. The tasks and company values were explained and then we did a team building exercise. There was only 1 interview then I was offered the job.

Question 1
They asked us to do an "elevator pitch." Meaning in one minute we had to "sell" ourselves to them as to why they should hire us.
