      Totally no pros here at all.

      Cons

      TOXIC! - micromanaging from management. - full of blame pushing. - no directions. - snatching of accounts from everyone (especially management). - mass hire = mass fire - endless useless meetings everyday, repeating same thing but still no practical direction. - everyone being delusional, lie to client when nobody is even reading their magazines. - zero employees benefits. - full of promises during interview but completely opposite after you join.

      Some of the people were nice, particularly in the Editorial and support teams.

      Cons

      The culture here is truly toxic and like nothing I have ever experienced. The leadership do not want to change this - in fact this is the exact type of situation they have carefully cultivated over many years. So many people had their confidence and wellbeing seriously eroded whilst working here. Even the good people who try to bring change are completely halted by leadership who then try to cleverly disguise this as incompetence. It isn’t - it is a reflection of the culture that the founders and directors have created. Be very careful if you’re considering working here.
