9yWe understand that sales environment is fast paced and that management sometimes may require longer working hours, but that is the business today. Unfortunately, today’s competitive environment does not allow global business to blink even for a second.
Commission structure at Ink has been consistent, and clear over the last few years, and it’s paid to employees on a monthly basis, providing the accounts have been settled.
Our incentives consists of various financial and non-financial awards, and we aim to take all our teams on incentive trips every quarter. We do that to reward performance and show our appreciation, and not because we expect our employees to be grateful or in debt to a company.

9yYou have raised some serious issues here, and we have definitely taken all the feedback on board. It’s been many years since you have posted this feedback and Ink has changed immensely in the terms of recruiting, training and doing business.
In recent years we have employed some exceptionally respectable leaders and talent to guide us through to new conquests.
