I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Inkitt (Budapeste) in Feb 2021
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. After having some troubles to keep ourselves to the scheduled time, we finally had a video call. They gave me a takehome excercise with a 1 week deadline. I did it, submitted to them, and from this point they essentially left me hanging. I had to send mails to the contact to ask about a feedback, and he first said that he'll schedule a call, but he didn't. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Inkitt (Berlim) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was overall smooth and intense. I think it took 3 weeks and I liked the chance to speak with a lot of team members, especially in Talent I need to know if the team and I would be a good match.

Question 1
I was asked about projects in my previous jobs, which duties and projects I very much like and which one I do like less.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inkitt (Berlim) in Dec 2020
Interview
The contact was initially through a friends recommendation. I had a call with the CEO and with a recruiter within one week.
The week after I had a Core Value interview with two Department Leads. This meeting was intense as it went for almost 2 hours.
I think it is important to have time to address my own questions to see if the team and the position is what I was looking for.
A few days later the CEO reached out to me to have a feedback call on the process and asked me openly about my interview experience.

Question 1
I was asked to share details about projects in my previous jobs, areas I do like very much in my job and what I do like less.
I was also asked about my mistakes and my learnings, which is fair, bec no one is a master on day one.
