I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inkitt in Dec 2020
Interview
After an online application I soon became an invitation for a first screening video interview which I scheduled for next week with a recruiter. It was an overview of what I have already done, an introduction of the company and position and expectations. Afterwards followed a video conversation with the recruiter and the person who is now responsible for the tasks going more in depth and with a focus on achievements and projects. The interview was more detailed as the first one. As a third step I had an interview with the recruiter and his manager concentrated on the core values of the company which was pretty long and challenging since it has to be connected to examples corresponding to those values. A last step would be a call with my potential manager and the CEO but I didn't have it.
Overall I got quick responses from the company and the recruiting process was transparent but the third interview was in my opinion a really tough one where it was difficult to find appropriate examples. Still you could see as an applicant that the company wants to find a right fit for both sides although the process could be seen as very long and some expectations should have been mentioned before.

Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews at Inkitt before deciding on another offer. Throughout the process, worked directly with recruiter who kept timely updates with me on the process and gave me clear expectations of what was needed for each step. Spoke with two members of product team after an initial recruiter screening, which went in depth on my past experience, looking beyond the standard behavioral questions to dig deeply into my motivations and success metrics in past roles.
There was some hiccough around timing and hiring for the role, but expectations were communicated at each step so I never felt in the dark about what was happening and why.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Inkitt (Berlim) in Feb 2020
Interview
I have been interviewed by the hiring team in several sessions. The hiring team included the CEO (hiring manager), VP Ops, and an experienced Venture Developer. In my case, we have done most interviews in one session which was some work for my brain but we all knew this was an exception. I know from today (because hired) that some steps are held in splitted sessions. Feedback was not superfast but the communication was good and the people responsive.
