Inkitt interview questions

I applied to the role on August 2nd and heard back on August 6th saying they were considering me for the role. They asked me to do 2 test projects in 2 days as part of the application process. I was excited to show my design skills so I took my time to research the company and put in a lot of time and effort into creating those designs and even wrote about my design process. I followed up a week later to express my continued interest and feed back but no response. It has been well over a month and I never heard back. I read a review on Glassdoor about Inkitt written 6 years ago about someone expressing a similar story to mine about creating test designs for them and then getting ghosted, this really says a lot about them as a company that they are still like this 6 years later.
