Easy, relaxed, respectful. The recruiter I spoke to was professional and informative and I felt she was transparent about the nature of the job and company. The job required being in office which was a dealbreaker for me so I didn't move forward in the process but appreciated the experience and opportunity to learn more about the company and their work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
To detail my past work experience and how it might be relevant to the role.
Weirdest and most negative experience I've ever had interviewing for a company. Process was: HR call > Test assignment > 30min call with VP > 1 WEEK test work in-office. A junior employee sabotaged, gate-kept and gaslit me ultimately did not get the job.
Awful, interviewer didn't bother to listen to any of my answers to their questions as they eventually rejected me stating reasons that I don't have experience in a certain aspect of the job, even though I have plenty if experience and the interviewer simply didn't even ask about my experience in that sect and just decided I don't.
This happened after multiple rounds of interview, which makes it even worse as they weren't skilled enough to conduct an interview in the first place
