Inkitt interview questions

Recruiter, hiring manager, assignment. I declined the assignment which was — GET THIS — “a comprehensive marketing plan with three complete campaign strategies.” They either have no idea what they’re doing or they’re looking for spec work. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when I declined to pursue it further and gave a polite explanation of why, I received no response.

After the first five minutes or so, the interviewer started checking emails for the next 30 minutes (no eye contact, clearly scrolling screen). It would have been more respectful to end the interview early if it was clear that there was no mutual fit.
