Inkitt interview questions

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. 6 separate rounds of interviews spanning 4-6 weeks. Technical questions are straightforward. But if one of the execs don't like you on the supposedly "casual chat with one of the company leadership" on that sixth and final round because you mentioned important obligations outside of work like PICKING UP YOUR KIDS, they won't give you an offer. They're against you going home and signing back on later. They want you to be physically present in the office late in the evening. Seems like a huge red flag to me -- It's indicative of a culture with some serious micromanagement issues. Read the recent glassdoor reviews on this place from Jan 2025. It's pretty clear that my assessment based on that leader conversation is spot on.
