All stages are opportunities to show your interest in the role, your expertise, approach to problem solving, enquire about the company, company culture, what they offer/your attraction and passion to the role as well as get to know you as a person.
While a 4 Stage process over a month with a personal interview, role/deepdive interview, technicaltest/interview then meeting the team, all interviews felt extremely welcoming with the interviewer/team expressing an interest in you as a person and accompanying that with expereince/knowledge.

Interview
Very pleasant talk with HR, then with a dev of the game followed by a practical task. Chemistry will be checked first, proficiency second. The task itself will be done within a week and after a revision of them, you will be invited for another talk if the task impressed.
