InnoGames interview questions

After applying I didn't hear back anything for a month. I sent a message to them after 3 weeks, but zero response. After a month I got an invitation for a telephone interview with one of their engineers. It took 2 weeks to arrange that. The interview itself went well. The engineer was nice. The interview covered many game dev related questions. After this no response for 3 weeks. Naturally they didn't answer any of my mails. But after 3 weeks I got an invitation for an on-site interview. I tried to speak with them to book it at a different time. Of course I didn't get any response to that for two weeks. I had to cancel that interview, but finally got a positive feedback to get back to them when it would be okay for me. A few days later I saw that they changed my status on jobvite to not selected.(it should have been closed) Great. The whole process took more than 2 months. They are unresponsive. I never had a chance to speak to an hr person ever. I only got precooked emails from them. I got the feeling they are insecure about their English knowledge . It's either that or they are just very bad at their jobs.

I have a telephone interview and it was very nice. There's some basic technical questions.
