InnoGames interview questions

hi, i submitted my CV via the company website , and i have a Skype call with the HR . now , i'm waiting for the feedback and update . After a few days , i got an email from the HR for scheduling skype/phone call . Then we had a short phone call , the HR person present her self and talked about the company and what are they looking for , and in other side i present my self and what i'm looking for what why i need to relocate to Germany .

Normal process: - HR phonecall - Technical skype call - Onsite meet with the team - Onsite technical challenge Everyone is very good and helpful I believe they have a very good interview process. They know what they can teach and most of they time the company is evaluating how you react to certain situations in your daily work
