There was 3 different interviews and 1 technical test. The first interview was with people from HR. Some common questions about my personal life and skills as a software developer. Then second interview was wit the customer, then I had to answer some more complex technical questions about programming and other stuff. I also had a test this time. The final interview was with the HR again and they presented the proposal.

Processo longo e em várias etapas: 1 - contato do RH para entender se há fit de interesse entre entrevistado e empresa 2 - entrevista técnica sobre subtema de interesse (mobile, vision, image processing, etc) 3 - pair programming com um dos integrantes do time 4 - entrevista mais uma vez com o RH sobre expectativa salarial, informe sobre benefícios, etc. Precede uma pré-proposta. Caso aceite, o processo continua. 5 - entrevista sobre subtema com parceiros nacionais 6 - entrevista sobre subtema com parceiros internacionais
