Fui contato pela segunda vez pelo Instituto Eldorado - Manaus, via telefone, para uma suposta entrevista porém na verdade o que percebi é que a empresa está fazendo avaliação de mercado e não tinha real interesse em contratar.

The process started through a contact in LinkedIn and was very short. In summary by an interview with HR in which they described the project and essentially asked my salary requirements. I answered with what I thought was fair, even though I did some research and knew it was above the company's average payment, and they abruptly ended the interview. The interviewer said that they would analyze my profile and come back to me if they decide I was going to be part of their process, and if not they wouldn't get back to me at all (that is quite sincere don't you think?)
