The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2020

A quick call with HR to know about the experiences and if suitable for the role - lasted around 10 minutes. I was supposed to get a call back but never got a reply back
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
I applied for a job through an Internal referral. I received an invitation for an interview within a week, with a phone interview, followed by in person interview with five members of the team. The process was smooth and easy. However as always even though I was in the final round of the interviews there was no follow up with perfunctory you were not selected for this position.

The usual questions about skills and expereicne in my prior roles.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intercontinental Exchange (Bombaim) in Jun 2020
Interview
I was contacted by a talent management company then I got call from ICE's HR, he asked me couple of questions to check my background and knowledge on statistics.
Online interview was scheduled with 4 senior employees of ICE in Europe time, out of which only 2 joined the call, the HR was not present and 4th member did't speak at all. 1st member asked me technical questions on programming languages like R, SQL, Python.
2nd member asked me at least 20 questions on Statistics, out of which 6-7 questions were only on Uniform distribution. He asked me to draw a graph on screen and expected me to tell him what he was thinking rather than listening to my answer.
I was very disappointed when the 2nd member told me "I think you should pull out your statistics textbooks, they might have caught some dust".
He has a Ph.D. in statistics and this statement just went on to show how arrogant he was at his position. Honestly, I am glad I was selected to not work here.
