It took 2 weeks from applying on their website to receiving a phone interview schedule. The phone interview was quick and the interviewer was not very friendly. There were a lot of industrial questions asked, but the interviewer seemed expecting the very bookish answers.

apply through linkedin recruiter refer, first round HR simple background screening, second phone interview with the team leader, who is a really nice and patient man, third phone interview with team member in the London office, he is not well prepared for this interview and is absolutely not in the mood, got rejected the next day.

Generally pleasant experience. I met good professionals who appeared to be nice people. There are moments of bureaucracy and delays as in any large organization. Be prepared and show genuine enthusiasm about your role and the industry.
