Invenergy interview questions

Several virtual interviews conducted over the course of one day. Started with a recruiter phone interview, followed by one on one interviews with management and potential peers. Interviews were informal.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out for a phone screen. After that, I had a 30 min Teams interview with the hiring manager. Thirty minutes really wasn’t enough time to go through the position, my experience, and leave time for me to ask questions, so I wasn’t surprised when they reached out again wanting to schedule another 15 min interview. We met again, probably for about 30 min or so, but I could tell from the interaction that I wasn’t quite what they were looking for. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I haven’t heard anything else, so I’m assuming they’ve decided to go in a different direction. I wish they’d be more direct and communicative with applicants, especially since I had to set up three different meeting times with them.
