I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Invenergy in Aug 2024
Interview
Phone screen with the recruiter went well, but at the end he mentioned the in-office policy of 5 days a week with flex options up to 4 days a month. This was not clear in the job description and, unfortunately, is not feasible for me since I live an hour away. Give the people hybrid or remote options, or at least be clear about your in-office requirements in the description. This was especially disappointing because the hiring manager is in another state/office and only 1 team member is in my state. You lost out on a great candidate because of outdated policies.

Interview
The Program: One online assessment w/ both technical and ‘no wrong answer’ personality questions, One phone interview/phone screen, Two video interviews.
The Good: Everyone was very nice.
The Bad:, The recruiter NO-CALL, NO-SHOWING to their own interview TWICE, Being asked to reschedule an interview w/ less than 24 hrs notice, Multiple instances of not receiving interview confirmation or log in details, Being asked what my desired pay was four times???, Having to reach out to be informed they went with another candidate (who could start sooner),The entire process stretching almost two months.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Invenergy in May 2024
Interview
I conducted my interview over Teams split across 2 days because of the number of interviewers and the time difference. Each interviewer was given 30-45 minutes and we often used all of the allotted time. The questions tended to be more difficult with the more senior interviewers, but that could have been because this role was more of a pivot for me and I was less familiar with the job requirements than someone who had been working in asset management previously.
