Invenergy interview questions

The interview was very informal with a prospective coworker and the manager. Asked a few questions about my background and explained the job and culture. Interviewer was somewhat unprepared but left feeling positive about the role and company.

Invenergy requires a BA degree or higher for all of their It management positions. An applicant with over 20 years experience was told they need the Nachelor’s degree. This company (and many others) are missing out on very high caliber employees that are self taught AND has experience performing the same job duties.
