Candidate goes to 2 interviews, one is with HR and second with Line Manager. For some positions you need to pass certain tests ( Excel for example). Interviewers were friendly and I have a really positive experience. Line Manager asked business-related questions: tell me about your academic background and previous experience,what do you know about this industry and company, where do you see yourself in 5 years etc.
