Interview
Interview process was more rigid than expected - they ask the same questions to all candidates and have formulas to decide who advances based on the answers given. This is not a bad thing however it felt like it was less important to connect with the interviewers and more like answering exam questions.

One hour and a half discussion with 3 representatives, including HR. Free discussion, with questions from them and a short improvised test on a press release that they sent once with the interview confirmation.
