I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JTI - Japan Tobacco International (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Initial phone interview followed by a group interview. Really long and complex interview with a case study. After spending all day there no one ever rung me back to advise on the outcome. Very unprofessional
I interviewed at JTI - Japan Tobacco International (Suiza)

One call with HR - Very Easy, just checking if you are a fit for the role
One with Manager - Easy, more technical

Daily tasks in my current role
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JTI - Japan Tobacco International (Tirana, ) in Dec 2009
Interview
I was approached by a Recruitment Agency, who then sent my Resume to the employer, and then together we had a telephone interview, mainly general matters of the roles and responsibilities, and expectations from the company from my side.
Second interview was held with a panel of 2 managers, where we had a more in depth conversation of the achievements and the my roles and responsibilities, as well as a description of what the company expects from me.
The third interview was with the general manager for the region, and we once again went into many details of how I handled difficult situations, ways I showed proactive , am I a self starter, and different other scenarios.
My disadvantage was that I had no prior experience in the tobacco industry, and I believe that was the main reason that I was not offered a position.
