Interview
3 Rounds interview + tests. Before sending the application I specifically asked if I specific requirement that was in the job described was a key for the role. They said it was not and encouraged to apply. So I sent the application and went through all the process. After the last interview and tests they informed me that that requirement was needed. In the end I was a bit confused and surprised about that. To be honest, not expected this behaviour from a big and structured company.
