I applied online. I interviewed at JTI - Japan Tobacco International (Teaneck, NJ) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online and got called for an interview within 2 weeks; after a brief phone interview I was scheduled to come in for a face to face. A week or 2 went by and I didn't hear anything due to the holidays, however as soon as they were over I was brought back in to meet with executive and later on that week I was offered the position.

Came across the job posting online and applied. Contacted by recruiter and briefed on entire interview process and relevant aptitude tests. Ultimately the line manager decided to hire his own acquittance/friend.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JTI - Japan Tobacco International (Lilongwe) in Nov 2025
Interview
The process took too long. We started in August and finalized the process in November. The SHL assessments are doable but tricky, be ready for that. The process is difficult but the team is extremely professional and informative. First round was assessments, second round was a one on one interview and the last round was another technical test. Overall ok process, just super difficult and tedious.

Interview
Process took 1 month, 2 panel interviews before the offer. Questions are all relevant to the role and the 3rd party recruiter is also ensuring I am up to date with all the progress.
