It was the most bizarre interview I've ever had.
I received both the interview invitation and the test on the same day. The interview didn't wait for the test result.
The TA is uninformed and has no knowledge about the role, so her brief didn't add any value other than what is already written in the job description.
The TA didn't read the resume before hands, hence the time spent was helping her navigate my resume. Not having read the resume beforehand and complaining about how I arrange my resume.
There were errors with the test provider as she didn't receive the result. I only received results from 1 test out of 2 performed. She made remarks it was because of my location, blaming my location (country) for this error, suggesting I change my location, mentioning the use of vpn, etc. I forwarded the test result to her and she made another remark about the email taking so long because it was coming from my country. It was just a few seconds by the way.
The overall attitude was rude and arrogant, cutting off my sentences yet asking the same question multiple times. Because she was unprepared, she was busy with herself, so there were moments of silence yet she got the time to put on lipstick during the interview.
It was too many red flags to be ignored,
I had to decline the interview process. It's very unfortunate for the company to have this kind of TA responsible for hiring highly skilled and niche roles.
