The interview process was very structured and professional. It included an initial screening with HR, followed by a technical and strategic discussion with the RRP Lead. The final round was in-person with the Egypt Marketing Director and P&C Director, focusing on strategy, brand thinking, and leadership fit. They asked smart, layered questions about brand building, market segmentation, and working cross-functionally. I was also asked to bring a 90-day strategic activation plan and discuss it in detail.
