Straight forward over the phone. Non-threatening and more like a conversation on what would best suit each party. Professional yet relaxed. Talked about past experience and what strengths I could bring to the team.

One hour interview, behavioral questions focused on team leadership, conflict management, etc. Some light technical questions about processes and methods, but even those were directed at running the team, not the actual technical aspects.

Change Manager role interview was done on Microsoft teams. The interviewers were nice and give clarity on the topics being discussed. It must have lasted for almost an hour. Two interviewers and one human resources personnel in attendance.
