KPMG Analyst interview questions

I wrote an aptitude test with about 27 other people; 5 of us made it through to the next stage, where we were told to write two essays. Three months later, I was invited to attend an interview with a Senior Associate in the unit I applied for. She asked me standard behavioural questions: Tell me about yourself? Tell me about a time you worked as part of a team? Have you ever had to meat a deadline? Have you ever faced conflict in the workplace? etc. A few weeks later, I was invited to attend an interview with a Manager in the same unit. I was asked questions about myself, my family. Why I wanted to work in the company, asked me to sell myself, if i followed the news, and so on. A month later I was asked to come in for a Technology Test, where I was asked to do some work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. A month later, I attended my final interview with a Partner. Was a little tough as she asked more personal questions. A few weeks later I was invited to pick up my letter for my medicals and subsequently, an offer letter.

nice and experiecnced people who conduct the interview. The office environment is pretty clean and organized. The interviewer share with candidate his experience in the industry and insights regarding career path. The questions include behavior ones and business related one. Candidates should familiar with the industry and business. Presentation and communication skills are required.
