Initial Round was a written test consisting 3 tests:
- a theory paper of 10 questions of basic simple accounting concepts
- preparation of a Trading and P&L A/c, and
- Advanced Excel features
After which we were informed that the shortlisted candidates would be called in a week's time

After passed the numerical and verbal test, got a 1 to 1 manager interview, which included a presentation and asking about your campus activities and internship experiences. The final interview was with partner, who asked the same questions, but would follow up with challenging questions.

My interview took place during the economic recession where new hire was freeze. I managed to get the job but it was a challenging interview process since they could only hire very few staff.
The process started out with tests such as essay writing, mathematics and English. After this is done, if you had passed, you will proceed to the next stage which is an interview with manager.
The interview is pretty long about 1 hour and questions are to get a better understanding of your career objective, working as a team, resilience, positive attitude, other non studies achievements and etc.
