Interview
After submission of an application form online, the HR sent me a link for online tests which consist of one verbal test and one numerical test. After one week or so, I was asked to attend an interview at its office. It was an one to one interview with a senior manager. The interviewer was very friendly and he even prepared brochures to introduce the firm to me. No technical questions were asked.
The firm splits its clientèle into 7 broad industries. My advice is just be yourself. Tell the interviewer exactly what your area of interest is so that he/she can help to allocate you to the right department.
There are 2 different office buildings and the HR said they're renovating the offices. The location is convenient and the environment is quite condusive. Working hour is perceived to be longer than other big 4 but the pay is higher as well.

Interview
Got the opportunity thru a three day externship program. Spent 2 days working with an audit team in the field and the 3rd day is the interview. There was no hard question during the interview. Offer came about a week later. Overall it was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
