Interview
After completing the online questionnaire and submitting my CV, cover letter, grades etc I received a call two days after the closing date from the HR advisor at KPMG who did my initial phone interview. Two days later I received a call inviting me to KPMG's Ace the case weekend. They arranged flights, accommodation, and food. The first day we learned how to solve a business case and were put into groups where we were given four hours to come up with a solution for a business problem. We were observed while doing this by the partners. The next day we presented to the partners. If we were successful we were called the next day to finalize a final interview at the office which we were told was just a formality by some of the KPMG staff during the weekend.
