Basic application submission first, then got to interview stage. It was back to back thirty minute interviews with two senior managers at the firm. I was asked behavioral questions and about my interest in KPMG specifically (as opposed to other firms).
The interview process includes an application review, online assessments, recruiter screening, behavioral and technical interviews, and sometimes case studies or partner interviews, evaluating communication, problem-solving, technical knowledge, and cultural fit.
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.
