Why do I need to hire you among all the candidates?
There was a written test and an interview. The interviewers took time to understand my background and skillsets. Also, they were detailed in sharing the job scope and expectations. overall, they were friendly.

Interview
Hiring team were great and challenging. The HR recruitment team however are not very efficient and make life difficult. My advise is to stick with the process of the hiring team are good. KPMG really need to sort out their overall recruitment process but this is not reflective of reality when you actually join.
