I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Champaign, IL) in Sep 2016
Interview
One on campus interview, they were only looking for CO-OP students. Interview was all behavioral, but they weren't looking for anyone who was an older student (seniors) probably because they want you to do multiple CO-OP terms. They hire pretty much exclusively from their CO-OP pool. It was a 2 on 1 interview and they were interviewing 4 students at a time in half hour blocks for the entire day. There are maybe 5 or so chosen at the end of the day and you hear back within two weeks.
