Very much based on the STAR Method. Review past experience and make sure to loop back to state your impact. Key is to highlight what you have done, with enough context for the interviewer to be able to follow.
I talked to them and got offer for interview. Then, I had interview with them for an hour. About a week later got an offer. Have not decided on accept or decline yet.

Mostly asked behavioral questions, asked for situations like a time when I failed and had to improve something. I was asked to elaborate on some of my leadership experience and also to talk about a time when it was difficult to work with a group and how I overcome that.
