Behavioral-based questions. My interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. He was an engineer working for Kimberly-Clark, and started by talking about himself and his role in the company. After he introduced himself, he asked me about myself and followed by asking a series of questions. He additionally asked questions to gain a better understanding of the situations.

Interviewed on campus after visiting their booth at the career fair. The interviewer was very friendly and asked strictly behavioral questions. Know the STAR method and be able to talk about previous experiences. I received a verbal offer within 3 business days.
