I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kimberly-Clark (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview was one-on-one and consisted solely of behavioral questions. The interviewer was easy to talk to, but seemed uninterested in the interviewing process and somewhat sidetracked. IT was around a 30 minute interview, mainly based on my answers to the questions, and not much information on Kimberly-Clark itself. The process was quick and I was scheduled for an interview one day after meeting the recruiter at a job fair.
