I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kwik Trip
Interview
I had to interview with the District Food Service Leader for my area. I met him at another KT store and he took me to the office and had me fill out a questionnaire. Then he took me around the store and asked me various questions about the hot spot, soup area, condiment bar, etc. It was pretty laid back as long as you know your basic food safety information and you have common sense.

Question 1

The second interview will be in person with two people interviewing you asking similar questions to what was asked in the first interview. Additional questions about your morals and personality are asked.

Question 1
Their priority is hiring people who fit in the company with decent morals and a positive attitude. People who are honest and work well with others. They don't want to hire that one rotten apple that ruins the whole barrel. This is what makes up the majority of the interview questions. Your work related skills are a distant second during the interview.
